Do you accept returns?
We offer a 15 - day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email at support@woodcoreconcepts.com. In 24 hours or less, you should get feedback from us with return acceptance. Once a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns will not be accepted for items sent back without prior approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To return damaged items, please include photos of the damage, the shipping box condition, and the shipping label. We want our customers to always have a great experience, and we will make it right.

Exchanges
If your order is not quite what you expected and you would like to make an exchange, we are more than happy to accommodate. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we can issue you a full refund and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 5 days).
